1.
Is photography your full time occupation?
Yes, this is my full time
job. I shoot weddings and
photo sessions all year round.
2. Who will photograph my
wedding?
I, Agnes Malorny in
person will photograph your wedding or your photo session.
If I am booked, please ask for my talented associated photographer
Margaret.
3. What cameras do you use?
I use professional digital Nikon equipment.
4.
What kind of wedding album do you
offer?
I still offer
Traditional
matted albums and still have a lot of
clients
requesting
them but I also offer Modern Style Digitally Designed Flush Albums.
A lot
of covers to select from; leather, acrylic, metallic ..etc.

5. How long does it take for the wedding album to be made
after the images have been chosen?
If selecting traditional matted album, it usually takes me 2-3 weeks to print all the chosen images and 1 week to
assemble the album. However, this is subject to change, depending on my
schedule at the time that you place an order - It may take less or more
time.
It takes a little longer to produce a Flush album since the process is
different and involves a bookbinder to put it together. Please note it can
take between 6-8 weeks.
6. How long does it take for the proofs to be ready for pick up
after they are selected?
No longer then 4-6 weeks or get ready to receive them much sooner. Ill contact you after they are done and we can
arrange a time to meet.
7. Will the wedding proofs be
printed in Matte or Gloss?
All proofs are printed on matted paper and they all have fine art white
borders.
8. Are the hi-resolution digital files ours to keep?
I release the hi-resolution digital files 3 years after
the wedding except for Ultimate Wedding Package and all my DIGITAL PACKAGES (please email for prices & info) when all
hi-resolution digital files are released as a part of the package no later then 4-6 weeks after
the wedding.
9. Do
you offer any online wedding albums?
Yes, I am pleased
to offer online album and ordering wedding and engagement pictures for
my clients and their guests. It
was designed to accommodate especially clients with family living far
away.
Online album is available with every package at no additional cost.
10. Who develops
your film and pictures?
I use several high-quality professional labs where I develop all my
photographs.
11.
Do you photograph formals or group shots? Do you
want us to provide a list of must have
photographs?
Yes, I do provide a 20 minutes or more if time permits (upon request)
traditional posed photography for family and friends to be photographed
with the couple. This
usually takes place at the ceremony site, immediately following the
ceremony.
I do not need a long list of must have photographs. But I would
like you to specify anything special that you want, which may include
you with someone you are especially close to (that is not in the wedding
party or immediate family). Of course I like to know about anything
unusual or unique to your wedding.
12. Are you accepting booking over the
phone?
Yes, but ONLY, if the Client have met with me in a past and knows
my work and me in person. If you like my work and are interested to book
me for your event, please schedule a meeting with me to look at my printed
portfolios and talk to me in person about your photography needs.

13. What happens if you get sick before our wedding day? Is
there a backup photographer? Do we have an option to get our money back?
In
the unlikely event that I am injured or becomes too ill to photograph
the event I may, substitute
another competent professional photographer or if replacement is not found, all money paid will be returned to the client.
The client will be informed of any
illness or emergency and resulting changes before the wedding.
14. Is there a deposit required?
Yes, Deposit of $650.00 with all the Packages ($1200.00 w/Ultimate
Package) is required upon signing
an agreement with me. Upon signature, I will reserve the time and date
agreed upon, and will not make other reservations for that time and
date. For this reason, all
deposits are non-refundable, even if the date is changed or wedding
cancelled for any reason.

Where are you located, do you
have a studio, and where do you usually meet ?
I am located in
Downers Grove
,
IL
and I work from home. I love
working at home and
I have client meetings
here. Due to a lot of portfolios and heavy wedding albums I prefer
to meet at my place.
16. Do you charge for travel, hotel or car rental?
The travel fee for each event will be quoted on an individual basis.
There is no travel fee if the roundtrip travel from the location (
Downers Grove
,
IL
)
to the photography site is less than 60 miles.
17. How far in advance
are you booked?
I only accept a
limited number of weddings and photo sessions each year to ensure the
high quality of photography. Certain times of the year book out a year
in advance. Also, particular dates are more popular than others.
Please call for availability.
18.
Do you offer an engagement session?
Yes, and it is free
if booked with me for wedding.
Your engagement session is perfect
opportunity to work with me before the wedding and to get to know each
other.
19.
How should we dress for our engagement session?
Anything works. Make sure
you'll like what your are wearing and feel pretty and comfortable.

20. Do you offer a "Trash the
Dress" photo session?
Yes, you can add "Trash the
Dress" photo session to your wedding package or purchase it at
anytime after the
wedding.
21.
Do you offer/print "Thank you"
cards or "Save the date"
cards?
Yes, per
request. I design and print "Thank you" or
"Save the Date" cards" with a photos
of your choice. Several designs and styles to choose from.
